MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
Francesca is a somatic practitioner, psychedelic integration guide, and contact improvisation student and facilitator. Her professional work is rooted in eating disorder recovery and embodied healing, held by a somato-psycho-social-spiritual approach. She is passionate about co-creating spaces where movement, ritual, and presence invite us back to the radiant intelligence of our bodies and the unseen rhythms that shape us.

Olivia is a somatic practitioner, contact improvisation and Movement Medicine® teacher. She holds space for honest inquiry, guiding others in reconnecting with their essential nature, supporting them to uncover their wisdom, resilience, and fullness to traverse the full spectrum of human experience. With deep reverence for the great mystery, she facilitates ceremony — her work invites you into a sacred dance with the unknown, where the body becomes prayer and movement is medicine.
