Contact-In

Weaving together contact improvisation, medicine, ceremony, and Earth-honouring rituals.

Through contact, ceremony, and community, we explore what it means to move, listen, and be in deep relationship — with ourselves, one another, and the living world.

Venue: Somerset Gift, Swellendam

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Contact improvisation technique + jams
• Ceremonial long jam + medicine
• Cacao + microdosing
• Solo nature quest + rituals
• Community sharing + integration
• Time for rest, waterfalls, river swims, hot tub, connection + play

Together, we remember the rhythm that hums beneath everything. A steady current beneath the noise, calling us back — aligning what has been fragmented, awakening the creativity that lives within.

We listen — not just with our ears, but with our skin, our hearts, the sparks of inspiration, and our inner vision — to the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of the land, and the stories woven between us.

To be in contact with one another and the greater web of life, we attune to what moves us — stepping into the dance of life.
