From Celt and Viking stock, I am solidly grounded in my roots and comfortable not fitting into what society expects from us...

I am many things to many people, Father, Partner, Lover, Student, Sharer, Guide.

After a late awakening that started at Afrika Burn in 2015, I have dedicated myself for the last few years to deepen and enhance my knowledge of all things Plant Medicine-related (specifically Psilocybin Mushrooms) , in the Art of Touch through Holistic Massage Therapy as well as the pursuit of Personal Development and Sacred Sexuality.

I am an ISTA Grad, Level 1 & 2 and a Sensualist.

I am pragmatic and down-to-earth. I believe in the Spirit of my modalities rather than the aesthetic trappings of it. My ceremonies are no-frills affairs where we focus much more on the work on ourselves than the surroundings.

I think that there is a place for the Experiential Economy in today's world. If you just want to tick that box, it's fine too. That being said, I prefer my clients and partners to be dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge of themselves and others, not just looking for the thrill of the one-time experience!

I want to create long term relationships that will make, in the long run, both my clients and I better persons.

What do I do?

I am not a Healer / Shaman / Sangoma / Wizard / Guru /....... (insert whatever title speaks to you)

I don't use the word healing because I don't believe we are sick, we are growing up.

We are finding ourselves again

We don't need healing, we need revelation, of our true nature, and acceptance, and peace.

When I work, with you, on you, I also work on myself.

Your growth is my growth too.

I might be just  little bit ahead of you because of age and life experiences, but we can choose to walk the same path...

-I offer three main modalities for personal growth

1) Mushrooms Therapy:

Psilocybin Ceremonies: Weekly, Overnight, Intro (2,5 gr.) or Hero (5 gr.) Soma Journeys, for small groups, couples/pairs or 1-on-1 (Private Ceremonies available by appointment)  (Psilocybin Micro-dosing also available).

The Journeys I guide are not "for fun". There might be giggling or laughing at times, but we travel deep inside ourselves to unravel the mysteries hidden inside our Memory-Bodies. This is the "hard work".

These Journeys are Journeys of Remembrance. Remembering who you were before society told us how to behave "properly". Remembering what it felt like to be just born, pure and innocent.

Life, Death and Re-Birth are commonly encountered and need to be sat with, acknowledged and gone through. They are also the 3 major themes of the Journeys I guide.

I have had the privilege to witness some amazing transformations while guiding Seekers. Some came out, not just out of the closet, but as their true self. I have seen phoenixes, re-born and risen from their ashes of immense pain, grief, fears and challenges.

This is why these are called "Hero Journeys", because you need COURAGE to undertake this quest.

2) Massage Therapy: I offer various massage modalities

- Swedish / Deep Tissue or Deep Relaxation

- Sensual Massage

- Nuru Massages.

60, 90 and 120 minutes sessions available for Swedish and Sensual massages.

The Nuru massages session require a minimum of 2 hrs.

I have a lady Massage Therapist available too, should you not wish to be touched by a man.

My partner is also a Massage Therapist and together, we offer 4-hands ( 2 Therapists, 1 Client) and Couple's (2 Therapists, 2 Clients) massages over weekends by appointment.

3) The Road To Your True Self:

This is an Intensive Personal Development Program over a period of 6 months, with a module per month.

This program requires both Commitment to your our self-discovery and growth and Drive to see it through completion. This is a Partnership Pact.

Every month we will explore a different aspect of ourselves.

We will meet weekly ( in-person at my place in Fish Hoek) and we will have a monthly gathering where we will experience the different modalities available with the assistance of external facilitators for Ayahuasca, San Pedro, Kambo, Sweat Lodge, Sound Journeys and Breathwork. I'll guide the Psilocybin Journey myself. Some of these are overnighter events. You will need to commit to that too.

This is not in a lecture/class format. It will be individual work within the frame work of the Program. You will be held accountable to yourself and your peers within the group.

The group will be kept small on purpose (Max 8-10 participants), to allow for greater interaction and to forge a closer bond with the other participants.

You will meet on the first day as a group of strangers and leave 6 months later as family through shared experiences, through the fellowship of growing and going through the Life-Death-Rebirth cycle together.

This program is also offered on a 1-on-1 format, Online, for people geographically distant.
