Hi, my name is Simona and I would love to help guide you if you want to reconnect to your body, your truth, your freedom.

This is a safe, grounded space to explore sexuality, sensuality, and intimacy with clarity, care, and curiosity. Whether you are at the very beginning of this work or feeling ready to go deeper, you are met exactly where you are.

Sessions are trauma-informed, client-led, and held within clear structure and consent.

This work can support you with:

• Understanding desire, boundaries, and patterns
• Releasing shame and conditioning
• Exploring intimacy and self-expression
• Feeling more connected to and at home in your body

Sessions

• In-person session (up to 3 hours) A private 1:1 held in three parts: a therapeutic talk check-in, somatic bodywork exploration, and a closing integration conversation — often over tea. Sessions include WhatsApp support between appointments.
• Online talk session (1 hour) A focused therapeutic talk and coaching session for those beginning the work, continuing between in-person sessions, or not yet in Cape Town.
• Pricing Reflective pricing available: R900 – R4000 per session. A free 20-minute curiosity call is offered to explore whether this work is the right fit for you.

A note before we begin

This is deeply intimate work. It is a professional, therapeutic, educational, and experiential practice — not a tantric massage. It is designed to support your expansion, awareness, choice, and embodied understanding. Mutual safety, respect, and alignment matter, for you and for me.
