I am currently training to become an accredited Sexological Bodywork facilitator. What does a Sexological Bodywork / Somatic Sex Education session include?

A private 1:1 session typically has 3 parts and lasts approximately 3 hours.

Check-in (± 1 hour): We start with a conversation to discuss your intentions, interests, challenges, and sexual/sensual biography, establishing the focus for our session.

Bodywork (1-1.5 hours): In a safe, consensual space, we engage in somatic practices and Sexological Bodywork tailored to your specific interests and challenges. The session includes integration time to allow your nervous system to process and ‘save’ the learning experiences.

Aftercare (± 0.5 hours): A follow-up discussion to share insights from the experience and discuss possible next steps.

Not all sessions involve touch, but when included, it is one-way (from practitioner to client) and client-led. This approach helps clients develop presence within the body, enhance internal awareness, and empower choice and voice, ensuring the body feels safer and more alive. As uniquely trained professionals, we offer client-led genital touch for educational, healing, and pleasure purposes. We are trauma-informed and remain clothed during sessions.

I adhere to the ethical guidelines of the European Association for Sexological Bodywork.

What is the investment?

A private individual session lasts about 3 hours and costs R2400.*

For a deeper immersion and integration, consider our package deals:

3 sessions for R6600* (individual)

5 sessions for R10500* (individual)
