The Good Life is a guided Nia Circle for people who want to reflect on their lives, connect with others, and practise meeting everyday situations with greater awareness, kindness, courage, and perspective.
The evening combines a simple cacao ritual, guided reflection, journaling, paired sharing, and collective exploration. You might bring a difficult conversation, something you handled well, or a situation ahead that you would like to meet differently. Through listening and sharing, we discover possibilities that can be harder to see alone.
This is not about having the right answers or fixing one another. Sharing is always a choice. The invitation is to listen with curiosity, respect confidentiality, and explore what feels useful in your own life.
The intention is to leave with greater clarity, a sense of connection, and one small practice to carry into the days ahead.
Facilitated by Joseph Okleberry, founder of Nia, who holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Arrive from 18:00 to settle in and connect. The circle begins at 18:30 and closes at 20:30. Bring a notebook and pen.
