I’m Chantelle, founder of Phoenix and a Sexological Bodyworker in training. Many people know me as “The Catalyst” because my work has always explored what happens when women stop silencing themselves and start saying yes to who they really are.

After my own sexual awakening, I discovered something profound: sometimes words are not enough. We cannot think our way into a new life. We have to experience our way into one.

Sexological Bodywork became the missing piece for me.

Many women come to me after years of therapy, coaching, courses, mindset work, and personal development. They understand themselves intellectually, yet still feel frustrated, disconnected, unfulfilled, or quietly aware that something important is missing.

They know they want more.

What many women don’t realise is that shame often lives in the body long before we recognise it in the mind — and so much of that shame is tied to sexuality, desire, self-expression, and permission.

My work creates a space to become curious about yourself in a completely different way. Through educational, embodied exploration using breath, touch, movement, and body awareness, we begin noticing desires, patterns, boundaries, stories, and truths that may have been hidden in plain sight.

This is not tantra. It is not sensual massage. It is not about performance or pleasure.

It’s about becoming present enough to notice yourself.

Because when shame softens, desire returns. Confidence returns.
