I offer specialised bodywork sessions drawing on modalities from various traditions and teachings that I have trained in over the last 20 years [Fascia & Trauma Release, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang, and a variety of shamanic & tantric practices].  These sessions are individualised, and can be likened to a medicine journey of the body, of approximately 2 hours long.

I focus primarily on gently realigning the connective tissue (fascia) which recalibrates all aspects of the physical and emotional bodies to ‘talk’ to each other again.  By creating a safe space where clients can be touched with love, presence and integrity, the nervous system then feels deeply met, and naturally relaxes. This in turn frees up and releases stuck emotional stresses, pain patterns and blockages, and encourages the body’s innate ability to heal, and remember a sense of wholeness again.

I also offer Chi Nei Tsang, a 1.5 hour Taoist abdominal detox massage, which incorporates acupressure points, massage strokes, breathing and sounding to detoxify, realign and reawaken all of the organs to find equilibrium again.

Add-ons or variations to this are:

- Add a cacao or blue lotus tea ceremony to your bodywork session

- Add a live musician sound journey to your bodywork session

Private or group cacao ceremonies can also be arranged.

In addition to these, I offer follow up or stand alone spiritual journey coaching sessions to integrate the shifts in your body from these sessions or from other healing modalities you have experienced (in person or online).

All sessions are held in a private, tranquil studio in Scarborough.
