I qualitified as a Master Herbalist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (UK), where I studied the principles of Traditional Western Herbalism. So my practice honours my European heritage while respectfully integrating indigenous South African herbal wisdom from my birthplace, incorporating some of the extremely valuable local plants.

Through Herbal Journeys, I’m persuing ongoing learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting those seeking natural paths to authentic health and harmony. My hope is that we cultivate deeper connections with ourselves, each other, and this planet we call home.
