Harenae Healing is a sanctuary of spirit, where ancient wisdom meets intuitive remembrance, and the unseen gently guides us home.

Within every heart lives a compass of truth, shaped not by the world, but by the soul’s memory. You already carry the answers you seek: the path, the purpose, the pulse of your most aligned life - but through the tides of societal conditioning, old stories, ancestral patterns and past wounds, that inner voice can become more difficult to hear.

That is where our work together begins; in the space between the seen and unseen, I serve as a bridge between you and this highest truth, I become the conduit for recalibration of the system and I hold space for release and expression.

Tarot/ Psychic Readings – Seeing Through the Veil

Tarot is a mirror, a powerful eye-opener, dissolving illusion in divine timing for you to embark on an important journey or make a difficult decision.

I serve only as the unbiased channel, the midwife of your soul’s voice, offering what your Spirit longs for you to know at this moment of your evolution. The truths that emerge may be bold, even challenging, but they are always delivered with deep compassion, and always rooted in love and alignment.

My specialties include:

• Past Life Readings: Explore the echoes of other lifetimes — karmic patterns, soul contracts, and unresolved energies that still ripple into your current reality. Together, we gently unravel what is ready to be seen, healed, and released.
• Soul Purpose Readings: Discover why your spirit chose this body, this time, this life. These sessions illuminate your soul’s intentions, lessons, and the sacred experiences it longs to embody in this incarnation.
• Totem Animal Readings: Retrieve the wisdom of ancient North American spiritual tradition and connect with your unique spirit animal — a guide that walks with you from beginning to end in this lifetime. I uncover what animal it is, if there is a message for you, what medicine and affinities it sends you, as well as challenges you might face holding its frequency.

As well as, of course:

• Soul-Led Inquiries: Bring forth any questions that tug at your spirit, the ones your heart can feel, your mind can’t put down and your body holds the weight of.
• The Call Without Words: Many souls arrive in my space without knowing exactly why they feel drawn to book a session —  This is no accident. The soul knows the reason we need to cross paths long before the mind understands.

• Deepen your trust in your intuition.
• Reveal your hidden self-sabotage and their emotional roots.
• Assist in making unbiased choices that are necessary for soul evolution.
• Reveal what wounds are from a past life and how to transmute them.

• Help you understand what's happening to you, from your soul's perspective.

I do psychic readings at markets, festivals, by 1:1 appointment (in-person or virtual) and at private events.

Usui Reiki Healing – A Mind-Body-Soul Recalibration

My Usui Reiki sessions are a sacred collaboration between you, me, and the Divine. Each session begins and ends with ritual, creating a safe and grounded container. In the space between, I enter a deep listening state — communing with your energetic field and spirit guides to receive direction for universal life-force energy to flow, as well as impressions and messages. I often sense which emotions are stored in particular areas of the body and feel them as they move out.

Reiki can support you in:

• Soothing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.
• Enhancing mental clarity and energetic alignment.
• Releasing deeply stored trauma and stagnant emotions.
• Supporting physical healing and immune system function.
• Reconnecting with your body’s natural healing intelligence.
• Awakening spiritual connection, gifts and soul remembrance.

For the most profound and lasting transformation, it is recommended to have 3–5 sessions over consecutive weeks. This allows for deep and anchored shifts. That said, every soul’s path and circumstances are different — we can discuss a personalised healing rhythm aligned with where you are in your journey.

My Reiki sessions are done either in person in Observatory, Cape Town, or virtual.

Art Healing - Paint out your pain, Perform your truth, Reclaim your story.

Joining passions, myself and Phillippa Schmulian, have woven together a mission-led movement. A space where creativity meets community -  in conscious, alcohol-free settings. Each month, we gather in workshops and events: some light-hearted and joyful, sparking laughter and connection, others more introspective, sacred containers where paintbrush, charcoal or poetry become the medium to unearth old wounds and alchemize them.

In art therapy workshops, you can:

• Release stored pain.
• Learn new ways to express yourself.
• Discover new insights about how your brain works and what you're storing deep in your subconscious.
• Deepen your connection to self.
• Break habits by disrupting routine with creativity.
• Alchemise blocks and create more harmonious flow in your life.
• Tap into flow state, a powerful energy of presence.

We have crafted together a sacred container; Catharsis Retreat, a ceremonial art retreat combining mindfulness practices, ceremony, community and art therapy workshops. It’s happening 28 August - 3 September 2025 in the beautiful Gaia Centre for Healing Arts.
