USUI REIKI ENERGY WORK – A Mind-Body-Soul Recalibration

Each session begins and ends in ritual, creating a safe and grounded container. In the space between, I enter into deep listening states to receive direction for universal life-force energy to flow and feel into which advanced Reiki techniques need to be used to assist with issues that you're aware of and unaware of.

For the most profound and lasting transformation, it is recommended to have 3–5 sessions over consecutive weeks. This allows for deep and anchored shifts.

My Reiki sessions are done either in person in Observatory, Simon's Town, or from a distance - virtually

Joining passions, myself and Phillippa Schmulian, have woven together a mission-led movement. A space where creativity meets community. Each month, we gather in workshops and events: some light-hearted and joyful, sparking laughter and connection, others more introspective, sacred containers where paintbrush, charcoal or poetry become the medium to unearth old wounds and alchemise them.

We have crafted together a sacred container; Catharsis Retreat, a ceremonial art retreat combining mindfulness practices, ceremony, community and art healing workshops. On 3 - 9 November 2025, in the beautiful Gaia Centre for Healing Arts. With guest artists Atang Tshikare and Yasmin Ezzideen, our powerful team of four will guide, nurture and inspire authentic release and art making.
