I support people living with chronic pain, suppressed emotional blockages, and unexplained, persistent symptoms to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and rediscover hope and healing.
My work is deeply shaped by both professional training and lived experience. After walking my own journey through fibromyalgia, chronic illness, and the emotional and identity challenges that often accompany long-term pain and past trauma, I felt called to understand not only how pain and chronic conditions develop, but how the body can learn safety and healing again.
I work online, offering a safe and supportive space for people experiencing chronic pain (for example: fibromyalgia, back and neck pin, headaches) and non-pain related chronic symptoms (like chronic fatigue, anxiety, dizziness, insomnia), all that can leave them feeling misunderstood, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and their lives.
Chronic pain and symptoms are often rooted in a nervous system that has become dysregulated through stress, injury, emotional suppression, trauma or prolonged threat. When we understand this and we turn down fear and learn to listen to the body with curiosity, compassion, and safety, healing becomes possible.
My work blends evidence-based pain neuroscience with trauma-informed and mind-body healing approaches. Two core therapeutic approaches that anchor my work are Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotion Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET). I am a registered counsellor and health coach and a researcher, integrating scientific understanding with deeply compassionate and holistic person-centred care.
My approach combines:
• Nervous system regulation through somatic counselling, breathwork, and body-based awareness
• Emotional healing and safe expression of repressed emotions
• Mind-body practices that help the brain and body relearn safety
• Inner healing and parts work that supports self-understanding and self-compassion
• Lifestyle guidance that supports energy, balance, and resilience
I work with people who feel ready to move beyond simply coping with symptoms and who feel drawn to explore deeper healing — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I am here to remind you that your body is not working against you. Even in pain and suffering, there is wisdom and the potential for transformation waiting to be unearthed.
