Face Sculpting Therapy with Lauren

Face Sculpting Therapy is a deeply restorative modality that works across the physical, neurological, and energetic layers of the body, beginning with the arms, chest, shoulders, neck, jaw, face and extending into the entire upper nervous system.

Lauren’s unique approach blends contemporary anatomical understanding with an ancient lineage of facial bodywork, once practiced within temple traditions as a form of nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, and energetic recalibration. Her work draws from fascia release, lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, facial yoga, cranial and head massage, neural activation techniques, and skeletal alignment, allowing the face to soften, decompress, and reorganise itself naturally.
