Hi, I'm Sara, an Iranian-American nomadic nurse educator and Tantrika, now based in Cape Town, South Africa. My work combines traditional energy work with modern psychology and nervous system science, blending into my trauma-informed holistic care practice with neotantric teaching- Tonic Tantra.

I created the Tantric Color Map, a five-part framework based on the Colors of Tantra (White, Red, Pink, Black, and Dark) that maps the different energetic paths of Tantra —  mental, physical, emotional, mystical, and the shadows. It's the lens I bring to everything I teach.

Locally in Cape Town, I offer 1:1 Tantra sessions, Tantric Touch bodywork, Shibari (solo, partnered, or in groups), couples experiences, and Human Design readings. I also hold space at Embodiment Rope Space and The Shamanic Space (both studios are @ the Spice Yard in Salt River).

My multi-cultural and nursing background influences my approach, focusing on supporting nervous system states across a range of intense experiences such as spiritual awakening, psychosis, plant medicine integration, archetype exploration, and embodiment work.
