Sexological Bodywork is a somatic (body-based) form of sex education that has recently arrived on African soil. In 2025, the first professional training took place right here in Cape Town, making this powerful modality accessible to South Africans seeking embodied sexual healing and growth.

This past Sunday, I had the privilege of attending Stardust & Silk, a one-day women’s workshop steeped in the ancient wisdom of Tantra and Tandava. Words alone cannot do justice to the beauty and depth of this experience.

Walking into my first L.O.V.E.R. event, I had seen the videos with some kind of expectation and I still had no idea what to expect, but the energy of the space immediately enveloped me.

There are moments in life that feel like stepping through a doorway into another world, where time seems to slow, and the air hums with something beyond the ordinary.
