Summer Solstice 2026 – 10th Anniversary Celebration
Join Us for Our 10th Anniversary!
Solstice Tribe, over the past nine years we've co-created countless luminous memories together.
Let's gather once again to dance, sing, create, and celebrate what has become one of South Africa's most unique, magical, family-friendly expressions of HEARTISTRY.
Together we share our gifts, honour each other's uniqueness, celebrate the divine light within every person, and deepen our connection with the Earth through meaningful rituals—including planting indigenous trees.
We believe in the power of Transformation Through Participation.
Welcome to the next evolution of our shared journey.

How We Roll
Summer Solstice is a family-friendly gathering where we intentionally create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
To support this vision:
Alcohol, recreational drugs, and psychedelic stimulants are not part of our culture.
We value kindness, humility, respect, and community over ego.
We celebrate through music, drumming, dance, creativity, and meaningful connection.
We balance vibrant celebration with peaceful rest, ensuring everyone's wellbeing.
We encourage healthy living through yoga, breathwork, sweat lodges, sound journeys, meditation, and other nourishing practices.
We create spaciousness rather than constant activity, allowing plenty of time to relax, swim, explore nature, and simply be.
One of our favourite daily traditions is our Talent Market, where everyone is encouraged to exchange skills, creations, food, or services. If you'd like to trade more formally, you're welcome to book a stall in our Trading Emporium.
What Are Talents?
The Talent System is a community-based exchange economy that allows participants to trade skills and goods without relying entirely on cash.
Inspired by the global Community Exchange System, it helps make the event more accessible while encouraging meaningful participation and generosity.
Our vision is that everyone experiences a sense of abundance throughout the gathering. We highly encourage you to register before arriving and fully immerse yourself in this unique experience.
