Start your afternoon with a short spinal warm up and then surrendering to the magical notes of a Sound Bowl Journey under the blue skies,  embracing the invigorating cold of  ice water immersion, designed to boost circulation, reduce stress and enhance mental clarity.  As you transition between the extremes, our skilled breathwork guide will lead you through conscious breathing techniques to deepen your relaxation and presence.

Throughout the session, the melodic and calming tones of a handpan will create a tranquil  atmosphere , allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this experience . This practice is not only a physical reset but also a mental and emotional release, helping you connect more deeply with your inner self  and the natural world around you.
