I teach leaders, visionaries, entrepreneurs, and CEOs how to move gracefully from their inner strength by stepping into the depths of the psyche to see and unblock the trapped emotions that unconsciously influence their behavior, and to repattern their actions to align with the highest choice for the good of all.

When I started learning how to handle pressure in all situations, business, health, relationships, and moving to a new country, everything changed. I realized that even in the discomfort of situations where my vision, mission, and purpose were on the line, I needed to sit with it, manage my emotions, and excavate the wisdom from each experience.

Now, I support my clients in multiple modalities, from couples therapy and one-on-one bodywork to long-term mentorships, guiding them to choose the highest path of strength in each moment. I help them harness the skill of choosing sustainability over a lifetime rather than seeking a quick dopamine hit.

Part of this work involves reconstructing limiting beliefs by examining the unconscious emotions that drive behavior. I teach my clients how to discern in every moment: is this a past emotion creating an illusion in the present, or is this emotion valid in the present moment?

I am a leadership facilitator and teacher of relationship dynamics, devoted to cultivating a new standard of leadership that harmonizes the human experience through both feminine (surrender) and masculine (sovereignty) dynamics.

We look at the body as a whole and integrate all elements to elevate your alignment and integrity, aligning with your true Self.

With experience building marketing organizations and serving as COO at the Emotional Release Institute, I bring both operational rigor and psychological depth to my work.
