Practical tools for sexual energetic safety, drawn from shamanic, tantric, yogic, and ancestral traditions.
ABOUT THIS SERIES
Following the panel discussion on sexual energetic safety in tantric and shamanic spaces, we are running a workshop series that translates the conversation into practical skill.
Each session is led by one of the panel speakers and offers tools drawn from their specific lineage. The workshops stand alone. Together they form a comprehensive foundation for holding yourself in temple spaces, intimate encounters, and conscious sexual practice.

SESSION ONE | YOGIC AND TANTRIC FOUNDATIONS FOR SEXUAL SAFETY
Facilitator: Dr. Sara Mosadegh
Yogic and tantric foundations for working with sexual energy. Body-based tools, agency practices, and radical honesty as safety infrastructure.
In this session you will learn:

SESSION TWO | ANCESTRAL AND SHAMANIC PROTECTION

Ancestral work as active training. Personal protection technologies and clear agreements for entering charged spaces.

SESSION THREE | TANTRIC ESSENTIALS FOR ENERGETIC SAFETY

Classical tantric and taoist energy cultivation to expand awareness, deepen intimacy, grow potency, hold erotic intensity, and clear your field after any exchange.

Shamanic practices for preparing your field, holding clear boundaries, and working with the ancestral, elemental, and spirit allies that support intentional sexual practice.
In this session you will learn:
- Energetic boundary and consent conversations with partners
- A shamanic drumming journey to clear your field of past experiences
- Ancestral, elemental, animal, and plant guardian work
- Sending unwanted energies to the trees
- Geometric light pillars for protecting your space
- Cord ceremony practices for conscious connection with lovers
- How to introduce yourself to a partner's biofield and guardians
