Seii Reiki Practitioner

Seii Reiki offers gentle, practical support that you can bring into everyday life, whether or not you are ready to book a Reiki session.

Every Sunday, I offer a complimentary 20-minute Distance Reiki Reset that you can receive in the comfort of your own home. There is no appointment, video call or online meeting. Simply let me know that you would like to receive, then settle into a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed and allow yourself to relax while the Reiki is sent.

I also create free, easy to read eBooks with gentle guidance and practical ideas for everyday challenges. Topics include stress and anxiety, speaking your truth, balancing your energy, keeping your light shining, and changing your relationship with money and abundance. These resources are freely available from my website, with no email address, registration or commitment required.

For those who would like more personal support, I offer in-person Reiki sessions from my private practice in Langebaan, as well as Distance Reiki sessions that can be received from anywhere. Each session provides a quiet space to rest, release some of the pressure of everyday life and reconnect with a greater sense of calm and balance.

I also offer Reiki Level 1 training for those who would like to learn Reiki as a lifelong self-healing skill. In-person training is limited to four students, allowing for a warm, personal and supportive learning experience. Distance training is also available.

My approach to Reiki is grounded, practical and research-aware. Reiki is non-religious and is offered as a complementary wellbeing practice.

I am a certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, and a member of the International Reiki Association. My intention is to make Reiki easy to understand, experience and use as a gentle source of support in real life.
