Hi, I’m Lukasz Staszak,
I am a dedicated plant medicine and breathwork facilitator, musician, and integration coach. My mission is to guide individuals through deep spaces of healing, helping them return to clarity, purpose, and profound core transformation.
I offer a holistic ecosystem of support, holding space for both online and in-person experiences. This includes 1:1 online breathwork, weekly community group sessions, private and group plant medicine journeys, and immersive sound journeys. In my practice, I work reverently with sacred plant medicines—including Ayahuasca and Wachuma—and incorporate powerful modalities such as breath, sound, and Sananga. To support continued connection and provide alternative sources of natural medicine, I also craft and share potent plant medicine tincture extracts.
What inspires me most about this work is witnessing the awe-inspiring transformations and lasting healing in the participants i serve. True healing doesn't end when a session concludes; it requires grounded integration, which is why I place a deep emphasis on plant medicine integration coaching to help you anchor your breakthroughs into daily life.
Little bit about my journey
Lukasz’s transformative journey with the sacred teacher plants, Ayahuasca and San Pedro, ignited in 2009. At the time, he found himself in a deeply dark space, navigating severe depression and suicidal ideation, which ultimately catalyzed his own profound healing quest. This path led him to Peru in 2013, where he was initiated into the profound science of Shipibo Curanderismo with the indigenous Shipibo tribe, honing his skills through intensive training. His expertise deepened with trauma-informed somatic experiencing training under Atira Tan, rooted in Dr. Peter Levine’s groundbreaking work.
For over a decade, Lukasz has facilitated medicine retreats, earning glowing testimonials for his exceptional musical gifts.With a zen-like demeanor that exudes peace, he masterfully plays the guitar, moyo drum, flute, and more, his beautiful singing and traditional lcaros creating a sacred, healing space. Blending chanting, meditation,brerathwork and ceremony, he crafts an environment of integrity and spiritual inspiration, where participants find solace and transformation.

In February, I attended my first ayahuasca retreat with Lukasz Staszak and the incredible team at Noya Rao Yatra, and it became one of the most profound experiences of my life.
For me, ayahuasca felt like drinking consciousness. It gently peeled back the layers I had built over a lifetime, stripped away my ego, and guided me back to my inner child. It allowed me to revisit memories I had long forgotten—not to relive them, but to finally feel them with compassion, process them, and begin to heal.
I realised that anger had become one of my greatest burdens. It had served as protection after years of trauma, but through this journey I was shown what I can only describe as “The Remembering.” I had forgotten how deeply I had been hurt, and only by remembering could I truly begin to let it go.
The healing didn’t end when the ceremony did. The months that followed have been a continual process of integration—unlearning old behaviours, releasing stored emotions, and reconnecting with the person I was before trauma shaped so much of my life. It reminded me that beneath our conditioning, we are all capable of living with purpose, love, and authenticity.
The Blue Lotus and Bobinsana tinctures became an incredibly important part of that integration process. For me, they gently encouraged my heart to open again after years of emotional protection. They helped me reconnect with my feminine energy, vulnerability, and the ability to feel from a place of love rather than fear. At times the process made me deeply sensitive, but I now understand that this sensitivity was exactly what my heart needed to soften and heal.
Lukasz leads with humility, kindness, and genuine compassion. He creates a space where you feel completely safe to surrender to your own journey without expectation or judgement. His quiet wisdom and loving presence made all the difference.
I also want to express my deepest gratitude to Michael, whose compassion and unwavering support carried me through some of the most challenging moments, and to Stuart, whose calm guidance helped me feel safe enough to trust the process completely. Together, they held the space with extraordinary care, integrity, and love.
This experience wasn’t about finding all the answers. It was about remembering who I am beneath the layers of fear, trauma, and conditioning.
I will forever be grateful to Lukasz, Michael, Stuart, and the entire Noya Rao Yatra family for holding such a sacred space for healing and transformation.
