I am a men’s relationship coach, facilitator, international speaker, and founder of Fathers Sons Brothers, a global men’s community and an acclaimed podcast. I support men, women and couples who want to improve their relationships so they can live, lead, and love more consciously.

I guide people to understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with their authentic truth. Through embodied practices, deep relational work, and nervous system regulation,I work with clients to reprogram outdated patterns around power, sexuality, and identity.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: relationships and sexuality are gateways to healing and expanding consciousness. When someone integrates their inner world, their family, community, and the wider world feel the shift.
