Welcome to a deeply restorative live experience that expands the traditional, intimate sound bath into a vast, cathedral-like sonic journey. Designed to gently soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and wash away mental fatigue, it is an evening dedicated entirely to inner wellbeing--through an unusual collaboration.
The Collective & Experience
A Unique Integration: This one-night-only event expands the traditional sound journey by weaving an unusual pairing of ancient acoustic instruments and sound healing practitioners with the raw vocal power of young vocalists from Khayelitsha’s renowned Ikhono Youth Choir.
Shared Instruments: A single, continuous 360-degree wave of live, restorative sound is created completely live using massive gongs, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, flutes, didgeridoos, drums, stringed Monolinas and organic overtone harmonies that respond directly to the grand architecture of the hall.
Theatre Setup: Presented with a custom-designed immersive sound environment, the acoustic frequencies gently surround you wherever you are seated in the historic theater, creating a deeply soothing physical resonance. No yoga mats or floor gear required.
A Living Composition: There are no scripts, no storylines, and no intellectual demands on your attention. You are invited into a shared musical space where artists, audience, instruments, architecture, and you become part of one living composition.
