Join us at The Gaia Sanctuary for our FEMININE FLOW RETREAT, where you will leave with your heart full & your cup overflowing.

As women we feel the need to serve, serve others, when do we stop & actually serve ourselves? We cannot serve properly from a cup half full or empty; our cup needs to be overflowing, we serve from that space, that way we are in full service to ourselves & to others. What we also need to know is that is it not the job or duty of anyone else to full our cup up, we need to know that this power lies within us, it always has, and this is our duty to ensure that we are caring for & nourishing ourselves, to allow our true feminine essence to shine through. Our retreat starts on Women’s Day, to remind ourselves of our power, our divine essence, to replenish & nurture our soul, mind, body & hearts. We will share, we will laugh, we will cry, we will hug, we will dance, we will stretch, we will feast, we will love, we will celebrate & remember our Divineness of who we truly are. You will be held in a safe & loving space, where we will start as strangers & finish as Sisters. Set at the beautiful Gaia Sanctuary, nestled on the Breede River embankment. Women who are on all stages of their journey are welcomed with open arms & hearts, no prior experience of any sort is required. Mom’s & Daughter’s are welcome!

Friday 9th Aug, arrival from 12pm. We will start with a sharing circle at 1pm, to open our hearts & souls to one another & where we are on our journey, & drop into our tenderness. This will be followed by a heart opening Cacao Ceremony, where you will be guided through a heart & brain coherence meditation & practices. This will help set the vibration for the weekend ahead. The evening will finish with a nourishing dinner, & Sisterhood song circle around the fire.

Saturday 10th Aug, our day will begin with a Heart centred yoga session, where we will stretch love & light into our heart & bodies. After this, we will co-create an Earth mandala & place our sacred prayers into Mother Earth. In the afternoon, we will delve into our White water ceremony, where we will all dress in all white as the Divine Goddesses that we are, & we will have discussions on sacred womb wisdom. Followed by a Sisterhood Feast in the evening, & we will end our glorious day with a facilitated conscious dance around the firepit, to allow our bodies to blissfully move, & allow our feminine expression to flow.

Sunday 11th Aug we will start with brunch, followed by a Sound journey, which will send you into a blissfully calm state. Our weekend will be concluded with an abundance tea closing ceremony. We aim to be finished by 2/3pm. By the end of the weekend, you will be nourished, restored, your heart will be open & overflowing with love for yourself & for others.

FACILITATORS:

Song & Womb weaver SARAH, channels her rich presence through a life rooted in earth & body being. A keeper of the Red Tent linage she holds space for women to remember the wisdom of their beings, home in the body. Sharing this knowing in a soft gentle way she weaves a world of deep nourishment, cyclical living & honoring our bodies as women.  She will be creating a space for remembering our connection to our bodies on the earth, through song sharing & embodiment practices that will weave throughout the weekend.

ROSE will be guiding you through a Heart-Centered Feminine Flow Yoga class. These gentle practices will help you release into flow & facilitate your exploration of your body & mind. We will utilise tension releasing practices & heart-opening asanas, to support you in your embodiment process. She will be guiding you through a Conscious Dance Journey in a comfortable, safe space, it is a powerful movement therapy for our modern life stressors.

ALET is a skilled Sound Journey healer, she will guide you into a state of total relaxation in which healing & connection to a higher consciousness can take place. A sound journey also aids in improving mobility, reducing pain, increasing blood circulation, lowering blood pressure, clears energetic & emotional blocks, improving mood & increasing awareness.

TARYN is the host & a facilitator, she has a passion for drawing people together to create stronger connections & community, with a key focus of drawing people back to nature & re-connecting with their Soul’s true essence & remembrance of who we truly are & our divine purpose. Taryn is an Access bars & Energetic facelift Practitioner & studied in Access Consciousness.
