Deep Talk is a one-on-one conversational space where you are met with attentive and compassionate presence, deep listening, and honest reflection. It’s a place to unpack what’s alive for you, hear yourself more clearly, and explore what’s beneath the surface, at your own pace.

Many come to work through emotions, relationships, identity, spirituality, major life changes, or simply to be heard.

All of you and your truth are welcome. Let us explore the mystery and the unfolding together, with curiosity and care.

I hold particular care and familiarity in working with gay men, members of the LGBT+ community and those who are questioning – particularly those wanting a space to speak honestly about sexuality, trauma, shame, relationships, intimacy, loneliness, belonging, and identity without performance or judgement. For those who have not often felt safe to be met in this way, these sessions can offer a grounded, confidential space to explore what is rarely spoken aloud.

How I work:

I offer a calm, grounded presence and a regulated nervous system. I listen without agenda, allowing silence, depth, and truth to unfold naturally, rather than steering or fixing.

When appropriate and invited, I may offer:

•  Reflections
•  Gentle challenges
•  Observations
•  Support in naming blind spots or patterns

The session is shaped by what you need in the moment. It may take the form of spacious listening, dialogue, inquiry, or integration support.

You remain sovereign in the process.

My approach is grounded in lived practice and study within tantra, Kashmiri Shaivism, sacred sexuality, mysticism, animism, shamanism, lila'ngoma, nervous system regulation, and plant medicine.
