Movement Medicine emerges from a powerful interdisciplinary lineage rooted in  lifelong shamanic study with Sami elder Bikko Mahte Penta and non-stylised movement traditions influenced by Gabriella Roth, Anna Halprin and Suprapto Suryodarmo. Its depth is further shaped by Gestalt psychotherapy, Family Constellations, neuroscience, systems theory, ritual, voice, and indigenous wisdom traditions—forming a living bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary embodied transformation.
