Deborah - Annusara Yoga Workshop

You’re invited to a heart centered, alignment-based yoga experience rooted in the principles of Anusara Yoga – a transformative practice suitable for all body types, ages, and experience levels.

Workshop Duration: 7 October 2025 - 29 November 2025 
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED 

 WHAT TO EXPECT:
* This is a workshop-style practice where you’ll learn to align with each pose and flow with grace.
* A gentle fusion of Hatha Yoga infused with elements of Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Ashtanga with a deep focus on strength, alignment, and the flow of prana – your vital energy force.
* Intentional, mindful movement promoting self-awareness and personal growth
* Rooted in Tantric philosophy, integrating yoga into everyday life with wisdom and compassion
* Includes meditation, breathwork, and spiritual connection

 COURSE DETAILS:
Each week includes both theory and practical components
Notebooks & pens provided for insights and reflections

 TIME & VENUE:
403 The Regent (opposite the Mojo Market) – 4th Floor - Seapoint
8:30 – 10:30 AM – Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

 NB: All classes will be confirmed on final registration of all attendants
CLASSES:
Maximum of 8 people per class – so please book your slot in advance -
Classes are 2 hours and may run slightly over – please let us know if you have time constraints.
There is a lovely communal area for tea and sharing after class

 WHAT TO BRING:
A yoga mat, block, towel, blanket for savasana, water

 YOUR TEACHER  - PAUL:
Paul is a dedicated Anusara practitioner with over 500 hours of certified teaching experience at studios and retreats across Florida, USA. Originally from South Africa, he is now returning more often to share his practice with local communities around Cape Town. His teaching is grounded, intuitive, and full of heart.

This is not a “factory” yoga class
We focus on individual alignment and conscious movement to help release stuck energy, eliminate pain and injury to restore vitality.
