Registration for a listing is binding. After the registration, a confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail. With the confirmation of registration, a place is bindingly reserved on the solo platform for the time unit the listing expires.

Payment of Listing fees
The registration e-mail confirmation is also the invoice. The payment date stated on the invoice is binding. Payment is done by our service provider payment partner payfast at the end of a registration.
Cancellation of a Listing
A cancellation involves administrative effort. This effort will be charged with a minimum fee of R200 or 25% of the listing price by bigger listing packages.
Listing exclusion
We reserve the right to exclude a listing from being published or delete a listing immediately after a violation of our community culture & guidelines or other reasons.

We are not always the event organiser
Third party organisers use the Portal to promote their events and sell event tickets.
We are not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, limitation, or restriction of an event that is not explicit organised by the SOLO Community.
Any disputes or complaints you have about an event is between you (Seeker) and the organiser (Sage), unless the issue concerns our checkout platform or process. We may mediate the dispute or complaint in certain cases, but this is in our sole discretion.

Refund of Event Tickets
All bookings are between you (Seeker) and the organiser (Sage). You must contact the Sage with any refund requests. Whether you are entitled to a refund will depend on the refund policy of the event. We do not determine (nor are we responsible for) the refund policy; this is determined by the event organiser. Please check the refund policy carefully and take note of your rights. If an event is cancelled, please reach out to the Sage to discuss the refund process.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be wholly or partially void and/or ineffective, the validity and/or effectiveness of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid and/or ineffective provisions shall be replaced by provisions that come as close as possible in economic terms to the meaning and purpose of the invalid and/or ineffective provisions in a legally effective manner. The same shall apply in the event of any loopholes in these T&Cs.
