I am inviting you to a Sweat Lodge - mixed gender.

In Native American traditions, Sweat Lodges have been used for centuries as a way to purify the body and soul and to deepen spiritual connection.

For this particular Sweat Lodge Ceremony, I received the message to bring in the spirit of lion. The spiritual meaning of the lion is one of strength and courage, reminding us that no matter what life throws at us, we have the power within ourselves to overcome it.

About the day:
- On your arrival, you get smudged
- We light the Sacred Fire together
- Coming together for a Sharing Circle
- Manifesting our prayers in Prayer Ties
- Being in Lodge for four rounds
- Having supper together: some fruits, vegan soup, and bread
