I am inviting you to a Sweat Lodge - mixed gender.
In Native American traditions, Sweat Lodges have been used for centuries to purify the body and soul and deepen spiritual connection. It is a powerful tool for transformation.
For this particular Sweat Lodge Ceremony, I received the message to bring in the spirit of Falcon. The Falcon symbolises vision, freedom, and spiritual guidance, urging us to rise above challenges and trust our intuition. The Falcon is a messenger of transformation and insight, inspiring us to soar beyond limitations and connect with our inner power.
About the day:
- On your arrival, you get smudged
- We light the Sacred Fire together
- Coming together for a Sharing Circle
- Manifesting our prayers in Prayer Ties
- Being in Lodge for four rounds
- Having supper together: some fruits, vegan soup, and bread
