I am inviting you to a Sweat Lodge - mixed gender.

Sweat Lodges have been used for centuries to purify the body and soul and deepen spiritual connection. It is a powerful tool for transformation.

For this particular Sweat Lodge Ceremony I received the message to bring in the spirit of Bear. The Bear represents introspection and hibernation, guiding us within to find answers, while also symbolizing strength and courage. It teaches us to pause for reflection, but also to stand our ground and face challenges with resilience and confidence.

About the day:
- On your arrival, you get smudged
- We light the Sacred Fire together
- Coming together for a Sharing Circle
- Manifesting our prayers in Prayer Ties
- Being in Lodge for four rounds
- Having supper together: some fruits, vegan soup, and bread
