🪘 Friday 22 November, join us at 19:00 at The Lilypad @ 102, in Fish Hoek for a 3 hours-long Healing Sound Journey with Sandi and her Gongs.
There will also be Micro-doses of Sacred Plant Medicine 🍄 available (totally optional!) should you wish to Journey a bit deeper, but for many, the Sound Medicine is enough...
🪘 What to bring:
- something to lie on (yoga mat, single camping mattress, sleeping pad, single futon,)
- a blanket, duvet or sleeping bag
- a pillow
- warm, comfortable, loose clothing, warm socks
- your journal/notepad (nothing electronic please) and pen
- eye mask / blinds if you'd like to isolate yourself visually
