I am a shamanic therapist, relationship coach, and sexuality educator working with people who feel that something essential in them is calling for attention. Often this shows up as relational pain, sexual shutdown or confusion, nervous system overwhelm, grief, or a quiet sense of having lost touch with oneself.

My work supports people in returning to their bodies, their truth, and their capacity for intimacy and aliveness. I work slowly and precisely, with deep respect for trauma, consent, and the intelligence of the nervous system. Sessions are grounded, relational, and emotionally attuned, while also making space for mystery, spirit, and ancestral ways of knowing.

At the heart of my approach is the understanding that healing does not come from fixing or overriding ourselves, but from learning how to listen differently. We begin with your lived experience. From there, we explore the stories, relational patterns, and survival strategies that once made sense, and gently renegotiate them so more choice becomes possible.

My work is informed by psychology, trauma theory, polyvagal theory, and somatic practice, alongside shamanic and animist traditions rooted in land, lineage, and relationship with the unseen. I draw on ceremonial work, journeying, and ritual when appropriate, always in service of integration rather than escape.

I work extensively with relationships. This includes intimacy and communication, desire discrepancies, attachment wounds, and the complexity of non-monogamous and non-normative relational structures. I support couples and individuals who want to deepen connection, as well as those moving through conscious uncoupling. Separation, when held with care and structure, can be a profound rite of passage rather than a rupture. I offer guidance through this process, including nervous-system-aware pacing, clear agreements, and rituals that honour what has been.

My sexuality work centres on helping people feel safer and more present in their bodies. This may involve working with shame, boundaries, desire, arousal, dissociation, or early experiences that shaped how intimacy is lived now. Sessions may include breath, movement, sensation tracking, and relational attunement. Everything happens within explicit consent and clear agreements. Nothing is rushed. Your pace leads.

For those who are called to it, I also offer deeply experiential somatosensual work. This is a specialised, hands-on modality informed by trauma training, sexual healing traditions, and rigorous ethical frameworks. It is not performance or goal-driven. It is a slow, relational process designed to support embodied repair, erotic aliveness, and a felt sense of safety with intimacy. This work is offered selectively and with thorough preparation.

My space is welcoming to all, including queer, non-monogamous, spiritually curious, or simply unwilling to reduce their healing to techniques alone.
