This 1-day workshop introduces Andrew Barnes’ newly created Sexuality Map, a powerful framework for understanding the patterns that generate or drain sexual energy in ourselves and in our intimate connections.
Drawing on the same clarity and depth as the Relationship Map, this tool reveals how mature and immature expressions of feminine and masculine sexuality show up in the erotic field, and how these dynamics can either cultivate living Eros or erode intimacy.
Throughout the day, you will explore how unconscious sexual patterns shape pleasure, attraction, and connection. You will learn how to recognise eros-draining habits such as performance-based sex, sexual withdrawal, or manipulative seduction, and how to replace them with eros-generating qualities such as erotic empathy, mutuality, sexual integrity, and embodied sensuality. The workshop offers practical ways to shift from survival strategies into conscious erotic relating, whether in a long-term partnership or in new encounters.
You will also have the opportunity to reflect on your own sexual expression, deepen self-awareness, and open new pathways for pleasure, trust, and intimacy. This process can support not only personal fulfilment but also the strengthening of relationships by aligning sexual energy with emotional and spiritual integrity.
Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and practical tools, you will:
- Recognise and understand your own sexual patterns more clearly
- Discover ways to transform eros-draining habits into eros-generating qualities
- Strengthen the link between your sexuality, trust, and emotional authenticity
- Gain a deeper awareness of how to communicate and connect in ways that honour both yourself and others
- Learn how to use sexual communication and boundaries as a pathway to greater freedom and deeper connection
All practices are fully guided and clothing remains on. This workshop is open to all, individuals and couples alike, and is designed for those who wish to expand their erotic self-understanding, integrate shadow aspects of sexuality, and cultivate a more authentic and fulfilling intimate life.
