Such work enhances our ability/capacity for living, can help us escape repetitive relationship cycles, face our fears more directly and open ourselves to greater levels of awareness.
Not for everyone, but very supportive of those who have burning questions, have been presented with challenging insights and have a passionate interest in deeply knowing themselves.
We aim to create opportunities for self-awareness which are useful on several levels, and support our students as individuals, neither forcing nor limiting their individual progress.
We invite you to partake in this exploration of unusual and often avoided territories, in which your teachers, in their own lives have found great treasures.

Each of the 9 modules in this 1-year course will reveal to you an enormous amount about yourself and how to navigate and integrate the murky terrain of personal and collective sexual shadow themes - whilst holding all ideas and sensations with love, clarity and acceptance ~ an invaluable tool for navigating our world right now.

HOW IS THIS COURSE STRUCTURED:
- 1 Year of lessons in both written and audio formats to suit your learning style
- 2 Live teaching sessions per month (18 total) + group Q & A
- 3 “Study hall”- style sessions for accountability and community
- 3 Masterclasses with skilled experts in the field
- All of our teaching happens within Mighty Networks, a safe, private learning platform; and our live calls will happen on Zoom. In these places we can have lively conversations, learn from each other, and ask questions in total privacy.
- Live Teaching Classes will be on Tuesdays. Study Halls will be Saturdays.
- Class times: 7pm SAST – 10am PT – 1pm ET – 6pm UK
IN-PERSON INTENSIVE RETREAT (OPTIONAL):
- There is one in-person intensive for Sexual Shadow Integration Work.
- Attendance is optional if you’re taking the course for personal & practitioner mastery only.
- This retreat is a compulsory requirement for students wanting to qualify as a certified Sexual Shadow Integration Work facilitator.
