We’ll weave in the traditional Tantric Tandava practice, inviting you to drop into your body through gentle, sensual movements and explore your own rhythm and flow. (A non-touch based tantric practice.)

Dip into an invigorating ice bath, soak in the brand new jacuzzi, enjoy stunning city and nature views, and relish the warmth of meaningful connection in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere.

Nudity is welcome, but not required — beginner friendly.

Your hosts, Alexandra Diepering and Simona Ferrari, will guide you through an evening of relaxation, connection, and the beauty of being fully present.

Q: Can I come alone, or do I need to come as a couple?
You are very welcome to come alone or with a partner. Whether you’re single or attending separately as part of a couple, this is a space for everyone.

Q: Do I have to be naked?
No, never 🙂

Everyone is encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable for them. You may remain fully clothed, wear a swimsuit, a towel or sarong, or be nude.

This is a judgement-free space.

Q: What is Tandava?
Tandava is a traditional tantric meditation that involves slow, fluid movements to cultivate awareness, presence, and connection with your inner self.

No experience is required — just a willingness to be present.

Q: What activities will we be doing?
The evening includes:

• A Tandava meditation (gentle tantric movement practice)
• Access to the sauna, ice bath, and jacuzzi at your own pace
• Opportunities for mindful socialising in a relaxed environment

Q: Am I expected to pair up with someone?
No. There is no expectation to pair up. You are free to engage in conversations and experiences in whatever way feels natural to you.

Q: I’m new to this — how advanced is it?
This experience is beginner-friendly and open to all levels, whether you’re completely new or already familiar with this kind of work.

Q: What is Tantra?
Tantra is an ancient path that sees the body not as an obstacle to awakening, but as the doorway.
