I’m Sean, a qualified Master Herbalist and founder of Herbal Journeys. My work is rooted in Traditional Western Herbalism, while respectfully incorporating South African plant traditions and local medicinal herbs.

Sessions are available online, with in-person consultations, workshops and ceremonies hosted in and around Cape Town.

What is a Herbal Journey?
A Herbal Journey explores your health history, symptoms, daily habits and wider wellbeing. Together, we create a practical plan using relevant herbs, nutrition, naturopathic principles and realistic lifestyle changes.

My role is not to diagnose or replace medical care, but to help you engage with herbal knowledge safely, thoughtfully and within my scope of practice.

My approach
My work brings together traditional knowledge, lived experience, careful observation and contemporary evidence. Group offerings are sensory, meditative and educational, inviting participants to connect with plants through sight, smell, touch and taste.

• Book an introductory chat (R150 for 15-30 minutes), or
• Start a personalised Herbal Journey (R1200 for the first session of 2 hours);
