Not an easier way, nor a more perfect way - but a more conscious way.
A way of being in which you listen deeply, choose deliberately, and accept that your lowest moments present your greatest opportunities to heal, grow and wisen the f$#@ up.

We’re Lou & Laurel, partners in life, love, and an ongoing experiment called being human. We are the founders of Sacred Journeys - but before it was a name, it was simply how we were learning to live.

Since 2009, we’ve walked this path together - questioning, growing, getting things wrong, laughing, crying, and discovering that relationships can be both mayhem and magick, mirrors and medicine. Some of the greatest shifts don't happen when everything is going well, but when life asks us to stop, pay attention, and choose differently.

We aren't interested in standing on a mountain telling you how to climb it. We’d rather sit around the fire with you - ask questions, listen to your stories, notice patterns, and make space for what is ready to emerge.

We are Weavers.

Lou “Worldweaver” works with story, symbolism, creativity, and the African Medicine Wheel Astrology, helping you see the bigger picture, recognize unconscious patterns, and chart a purposeful path forward.

Laurel “Weaving Willow” works through the body, intuition, and the sacred mysteries of the womb and feminine sexuality, supporting an embodied awareness of your innate truth, purpose and personal power.

Together, we draw from an ancient lineage of Shamanic Medicine Wheel Teachings, Ceremonies, and Rites of Passage, while remaining firmly engaged with modern life.

Ancient wisdom is only useful if we can live it - in our relationships, families, work, and the choices we make on any ordinary Tuesday afternoon.

Sometimes the journey is about healing, negotiating relationship dynamics, grief, change or starting again. Other times it's letting go of addictions or claiming more of yourself.

Sometimes there is no crisis at all. There is simply a quiet voice saying: There must be more than this.

Listen to it. Honour it. Follow it.

Through 1-on-1 work, in-person journeys and online experiences, our invitation is simple: Slow down. Pay attention. Remember who you are. Choose what comes next.

Transformation is less about becoming someone new and more about uncovering who you already are. We're still learning, still weaving, and still living our own sacred journey.
