The prayer that has been seeded for this Puja...
What happens when we return our own touch to our own bodies? When this touch comes from a non-agenda approach, we are not here to stimulate, invoke, pleasure ourselves, take from our bodies, there is no goal.
What happens when our tissues feel our touch in devotion & with reverence & presence
We begin to restore the memory within these layers & re-attune to deep connection & nourishment.
On a physiological level, we are massaging the fascia without any technique. Fascial caressing wakes up this intelligence & brings back the watery, liquid aliveness of this tissue. We restore hydration to the tissues of vulva & intravaginal canal.
When we go a bit deeper into the de-armouring section of this intensive, we are entering the deeper layers of the fascia & muscle tissue where deep-seated tensions live, trapped emotions & unresolved memory / trauma.
This work is so important. Each woman has experienced some sort of violation or pain within her root body so to work with our physiological imprint is to work deeply into the tangible experience of our subconscious & tend to what is locked so that it may become unlocked ~ restoring freedom & orgasmic potential.
When we, as women, carry pain, numbness, resentment, shame, tension & hurt within the pelvis, we are accumulating energetic debris & this leaves no room for the pelvis to be free, comfortable, flexible, nourished by its own well of watery, medicinal tissues.
Not to mention when eros becomes trapped this may numb & freeze a woman’s sexuality.
This is the essence of a woman ~ Her Eros.
It feeds her, resources her, nourishes her, enlivens her. It’s her source of creative power & magnetism. It is her wisdom, her wild nature, her innate self, her primality.
Paired with a culture that does not initiate us into our womanhood & celebrate our sexuality, we continue to become severed from our roots & turn away from the allyship that this incredibly sacred & wise chalice has to offer us.
This Puja is a space offering guardianship to return home to the Pelvis, to restore what has been lost & severed so that we may return to what is holy & true.
OUR OWN HANDS
This Puja is rooted in remembering the medicine of our own hands, our own touch.
With a series of dynamic & powerful practices that will become guiding forces to bring you back in deep connection & communion with your body.
To place our own hands on our bodies is to remember that we are the practitioner, the shaman, the healer, the medicine woman, the death doula, the somatic bodyworker.
To place our own hands on our bodies is to rediscover the Absolute, the unwavering love, mysticism, strength, courage, & power that already exists within.
When we bring our hands to our pelvic bowls & all that they encompass, we are bowing in reverence to the holiest & deepest parts of our womanhood.
