Backache, neckache, just needed tending to. It had been going on for weeks.
I kept threatening to book a Thai massage down the road.
But something kept stopping me.
I hate that feeling, when you take the time and money to go for a massage, and if it’s not good, you actually come out feeling more tense? I didn’t want that.
Then I paused and thought… hang on, I have access to so many incredible directory with Sages with healing hands.
That’s when I came across Natalie’s messages for a massage and energy healing session. So off I went.
She works from this really cool studio in the southern suburbs. Even just the journey there felt like part of the process. And when I arrived, she had already tuned into me energetically. She could feel where I was holding stress, what I needed, without me saying a word.
We worked with aromatherapy oils, saging, past life insights, some cord cutting, energetic clearing. And the best part? Natalie’s been a physio for over 15 years. She knows the body, she knows the energy, and she knows how to weave them together.
Honestly, what an epic mash-up. A no-brainer. Massage plus energy work, all in one.
I left feeling so held, so grateful, and just in awe of her gift.

29 Jul 26 at 17:40I’ve had two sessions with Natalie, an energetic healing session and an energetic massage healing, and both were excellent. What I really appreciated was how she starts by walking you through the energies that need working on, using a diagram, explained clearly, before she gets into the actual work.
Both times I went through a powerful release, processing emotions, old material, and what felt like experiences from past lives or beyond. I left each session feeling renewed, energised, and with a lot more insight into myself.
Natalie’s presence and guidance are a real gift. If you feel like something is weighing you down, I’d highly recommend her. Her venue in Lakeside is beautiful too, a lovely space to do this kind of work in!

30 Jul 26 at 10:53I thought I was going for an energy healing session but received sooo much more. Natalie has healing hands and gives a great massage as well. She also picked up a muscle weakness and sowed me strengthening exercises after the session.
Natalie has a very welcoming and calming energy and she explains everything she does so well.
I would highly recommend her, in fact, I have recommended her to a few people.

31 Jul 26 at 12:35Natalie is such a gift. I saw a message that someone had shared on the solo group. It was about Natalie’s work and how it had helped them. Something resonated deeply and I knew I needed to see her. I have not looked back. Her energy and body work was amazing! She gives a powerful and healing massage and a painful shoulder that I’d had for weeks was picked up and physically, as well as energetically shifted, but so was so much more shifted beyond this realm… She is an incredible channel and has a way of shifting energy while working with your body, that has become so tangible for me. I have felt incredible shifts in my life and my spiritual awareness and confidence in ownership of who I am in this universe. All since working with Natalie’s guidance one on one but also since joining her Mergence retreats. Mergence has become a monthly sacred soul homecoming for me. Thank you Natalie. I am so grateful for the work that you do ❤️
