Come surf our thematic tides of ebb and flow, rhythm and release as we honour, celebrate and embody the years stories that have shaped us, broken us, opened us through an evening of 30 minute experimental waves for conscious dancers. It can go anywhere.

Conscious connected breathwork (6-7)into silent dance into unexpected , alluring and unfolding waves of motion. (7-11pm)
