Immerse Yourself in the Ancient Teachings of Therapeutic Lomi with Sarah Hütt.

WHAT IS LOMI:
Lomi Lomi massage is a traditional Hawaiian bodywork & healing practice known for its rhythmic, flowing strokes that mimic the motion of ocean waves. This ancient practice is deeply rooted in the understanding of the body and spirit and the interconnectedness of all that is. In this deeply transformative journey you will learn from an esteemed teacher who has over 20 years of experience and training from traditional Lomi Teachers in Hawaii how to help yourself and your clients heal on physical, emotional and mental levels by releasing traumas in the body identified through methods learnt in this training as well as how to hold such deep process work
safely.

FOUNDATION WORKSHOP
● Advancing your understanding of Lomi with (Master) Lomi Teacher, Sarah Hutt.
● Learning the meaning of every back and front stroke.
● Understanding which stroke to use when and how to feel and release stuck energy.
● Learning the differences between Spa-Lomi and Process-Lomi and how to deal with a
process.
● Receive beautiful informational workbook manuals to assist your understanding and
learning.
● Be able to deliver a 2-hour back-and-front treatment. (Level 1 and 2)

MASTERCLASS - SACRED BELLY ALIGNMENT
● When and why to do Opu Huli (Massage to turn the stomach) Opu Huli is only a small
part of Hawaiian Abdominal Massage.
● How to recognize how deep you can work inside the belly muscles.
● Belly-Spiral-Of-Life. Belly Alignment.
● Detoxification of the organs.
● Reading the sacred navel and understanding the influence on the organs.
● Hawaiian Fertility Massage Deep Tissue Lomi on the belly.
● Identify trauma zones and points of stuck emotions.
Sarah will also be returning yearly to do more levels (10 in total) of the Therapeutic Lomi. So there will be a chance to further your studies on this foundation course.

The Foundation Training will take place in Stanford, about 2.5 hours outside Cape Town from 23-28 October 2024 (5 nights).

The Masterclass will be in Cape Town, 2-3 November 2024.
