Sage Name
Lynsey Bourke
Lynsey Bourke is a psychedelic guide, integration practitioner, and founder whose work bridges trauma-informed care, somatic healing, and spiritual initiation.
Her relationship with plant medicine began more than two decades ago through ethnobotanical field research in Central Africa, including years spent in Gabon studying traditional plant knowledge and observing Bwiti communities. She later underwent initiation within the Fang Bwiti tradition, an experience that continues to shape her understanding of healing, ritual, and consciousness.
Today, Lynsey works primarily with 5-MeO-DMT in private, one-to-one sessions. Her approach is deeply individualized, trauma-informed, and rooted in the understanding that every person's path is unique. Rather than offering a standardized experience, she weaves together careful preparation, nervous system awareness, ceremonial practice, and long-term integration to support lasting transformation.
Alongside her psychedelic work, Lynsey is the founder of Rouge Doulas, an internationally recognized abortion support organization, and a PhD researcher exploring the intersections of abortion, spirituality, and embodied knowledge. Across all of her work, she is guided by a simple belief: the deepest healing comes through being fully witnessed, meeting what is true, and integrating those experiences into everyday life.
