As an embodied feminine coach and tantra facilitator, I`ve guided women home to their bodies, their sovereignty and into healthy intimate relationships they only ever dreamed of.

I equip you with tangible tools and practices that connect you to the wild wisdom of your body and on a journey of self love, sensuality and healing to help you tap into your feminine gifts and nurture more passion, pleasure and purpose in your life and relationships.

I create spaces, online and in-person to inspire women to say YES to their feminine essence. My sessions guide you on a sensual, somatic journey to reclaim pleasure in your everyday life. From self-doubt and shame to passionless sex (and everything in between) I help you embrace your natural radiance that leads you to your embodiment of the love you truly are.

In private coaching sessions we create a potent container together, for your metamorphosis. Drawing from the unique set of teachings, holistic practices, sexuality trainings, my own life experience and a 240-hour advanced certificate in Life Coaching. Having travelled internationally over the last 13 years, apprenticing directly with embodied teachers, learning in ashrams - methods I have used to overcome internal blocks, self-sabotaging patterns, shame and guilt around my body, emotions & sexuality - into deep intimacy with Self and others.

The focus is on empowering you to overcome whats getting in your way - to embody authentic confidence and move in the direction of your desires.

My coaching method addresses somatic (body), emotional, mental, behavioural and unconscious, including elements like self-reflection, shadow work, visualization, breathwork, movement and acceptance.

I also facilitate events/ceremonies, teach at festivals and organise tantra retreats worldwide for men and women - it's my absolute joy bringing people together! Every offering is a combination of ancient sacred ways in union with heart-centered intuitive awareness to guide & support you fully.
