This is a heartfelt invitation to *dance between the different realms of our Being*, as we tap into our Limitless and expansive nature as divine beings. A space to flow from the realm of this lived human experience (that has been created by ourselves, our life circumstances, our personal and social programming, and unconscious patterns) into to the field of infinite and unexpressed potential. In this expansive realm of Oneness, we are able to meet ourselves fully, to realign with our Essence, and to shift into a timeline that is resonant with our Soul, rather than one dictated by our unconscious programming.

✨Through the medicine of meditation, we will centre in stillness beyond the repetitive patterns of the mind and ease the tension of the body.

✨Through pranayama and conscious connected breathwork we will release and alchemise constricted energies that are creating unwanted patterns and experiences in our lives.

✨Through a guided transmission, we will tap into our collective energy as a group to shift the outdated versions of ourselves to an elevated timeline and reality that already exists, ready for us to choose. (This transmission will be recorded so that you may re-experience the alignment as a way to embody the transmission more deeply).
