Merrissa and I are coming together for a Group Sound Journey on Sunday, 31 May at Valley Shala in Hout Bay — and it’s going to be a beautifully immersive one.

Expect layered Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, surround sound and a deeply held hour to rest, soften and simply receive.
