Finnish sauna in the heart of Noordhoek

There's a unique opportunity for those who love Finnish saunas: In the heart of Noordhoek you can enjoy the wood-fired sauna in the garden, next to the refreshing pool. It is small, yet can seat 4 people comfortably in private surroundings.

There are two options: You can book as an individual or as a group. With four people in the sauna at any given time a group of eight people can be accommodated quite well, with the second group of four taking their cool-down, and then switch over. Nominally each session lasts for 15 minutes, at a temperature comfortable for all in the sauna, which is then repeated 3 times for instance - variations on request.

For facilitators who use my Session Space the Sauna offers a unique opportunity to expand their services at the same location. A combined massage and sauna session comes to mind.
