If your life was your lover how would you make love to her today?

Join us for a meditation on what it means to move as love. How would it feel if all your actions were made from a place of self love? What would your life look like, what would your life feel like and what kind of relationships would you have?

Olivia will be guiding movement and connection practices that will enable you meditate (with your body) on how you move as love.

After these practices Sasha will be sharing her music magic where there will be unfacilitated space to dance and move as you like.

You are welcome to bring a pillow and some sexy snacks to share after.
