The Embodied Warrior immersion is a 6-hour outdoor immersion for men who want to step out of their heads and back into their bodies — into presence, honesty, and grounded strength.

Most men move through life slightly disconnected.
- From their bodies.
- From their voice.
- From what they actually feel and want to say.

It shows up in subtle ways... holding back in conversations, avoiding discomfort, reacting under pressure, or feeling out of alignment with yourself.

This space is designed to interrupt that.

Through a combination of breathwork, movement, voice activation, and real-time embodied exercises, you’ll be invited to meet yourself more directly — especially in the moments where it’s uncomfortable.

Not to push through or perform… but to build the capacity to stay present.

There’s no need to have experience with men’s work. Just a willingness to show up, participate, and engage honestly.

Alongside the practices, there is a strong element of brotherhood... being seen, supported, and challenged by other men in a grounded and respectful environment.

You won’t be told who to be. But you will be invited to notice where you’re holding back — and to step forward in a way that feels real.
