We ARE THE DREAMERS creating an unfolding life full of meaning.  Sometimes we are not so aware of this sacred journey, and this month we remind ourselves through the dance.  Connecting with the power of being the healer and shaman in our own lives....

ecstatic CACAO DANCE give us the space to feel the pulse of the earth beneath our feet and the wind that carries our dreams. Returning to our most primal instincts, we connect with the raw, untamed energy that flows through us all. In these moments, we become our own inner shaman, taking responsibility for our healing, our growth, and our transformation.

Each movement is a dialogue with the universe, a way of aligning ourselves with the natural rhythms of life. Whether it is the joy of community, the connection to awakening Spring, or the pleasure of being – we do more than dance, we awakening our spirits, we connect to cosmic wisdom, we flow as life itself.
