The Earth Women Retreats at The Well-Being Sanctuary offer a transformational experience for women who need to take a break from their daily lives and reconnect with their sacred selves. Shed the layers of what you are not and rediscover your true essence in the beautiful natural surroundings of the land. As women we love, and we tend to lose parts of ourselves as we love and take care of others.

Three day immersion

This is a three-day immersion into your wild mysterious feminine nature. Daily movement, yoga and breathing exercises, fire dancing and extraordinary workshops, with a unique theme for every retreat, will help you discover different aspects of yourself. Experience the divine feminine and sacred sisterhood as you sit in circle with other women, opening and sharing your heart.

Friday Arrive around noon to connect to the Land and the Earth Element and harness the Full Spectrum of her Elemental Power as you tap into the Wisdom of the Feminine during a Sacred Feminine Earth Lodge. The Well-Being Sanctuary Earth Lodge was entirely build by women. We honour each woman and her journey in this lodge. It is a graded experience that ensures that you feel safe, even if this is your first time. To receive the medicine of the lodge, represents our journey back into the womb, and our rebirth on earth. Tap into the element of air, breathe... the healing herbs and incense clear and raise our vibration and with our voice we clear the field of density and blockages. The sacred fire burns all that no longer serves us away. We hold each other throughout the medicine of rebirth and recovery of our essential selves as women. Freely float in the clear salty waters of the lake, like a spark of light in the vast ocean of the cosmos.

Saturday Join us for a unique offering of Wild Women Yoga and other Embodiment Practises. Throughout the day we stay deeply connected and flow with heart opening experiences, dropping into our bodies, losing our minds, and coming back to our senses. The upcoming retreat will focus on carefully curated embodiment experiences to heal the heart of our relational field. We call home the parts of us that tell our story.  Observe what comes up in the silence and moments in between as you walk the land and are held in a safe space of sacred ceremony. We are re-writing our story, giving thanks to who we have been, as we usher in greater health and connection within all our relations.

Saturday evening we reconnect to our fire, passion and purpose. We reclaim and celebrate our power with a fire workshop, fire dancing and an awe inspiring fire show. Bring all of yourself, all your intensity, all your shame, fear, doubt...all that no longer serves you as we reset, embodying our full power. You will FEEL alive again.

Sunday We move all that we have seen and learned within. We are spirit, connecting, listening, knowing, ... still. We heal through movement, breathwork and meditation in Nature. We come together in a sacred sisterhood circle for a deep journey into ourselves to harvest the fruits of our retreat experience and hold space for the integration of the gift of what moved and healed individually and collectively.

Come, be in your ELEMENT for three days of deep self love and care. Optional self held days for landing and integration on the land is available at no additional cost (no catering).

Glamping takes on a whole new level of comfort and luxury during the Earth Women Retreats. Our cosy and comfortable beds are fit for royalty. Each tent accommodates one to two people, allowing you to choose the perfect arrangement or bed to suit your preference and pocket.

Whether you prefer a shady spot or basking in the sun, our boutique glamping village offers the comfort of carpets, pillows, and soft cotton bedding that will envelope you in a cloud of relaxation. Our 5-meter bell tents are spacious enough to stand up in, allowing you to move freely and comfortably. From your tent, enjoy breathtaking views over the serene lake, lush grass fields, and the enchanting beauty of the fairy forest.

Immerse yourself in community and nature, where canvas is the only thing separating you from the twinkling stars at night. Wi-Fi is available upon request should you need to connect, and you'll find good cell phone reception with various service providers. Our tents are minimalistic, rustic, yet cosy and comfortable, guaranteeing a heavenly stay that will leave you yearning to return.

Conscious Catering

You will feast on mostly organic, plant based food, sourced from our own incredible abundant garden or local farmers. We only use the best ingredients and serve a slice of our heart. We want you to feel nourished and full, yet also light enough to leave space for your emotions to come up. You will be treated and indulged with every meal. We honour our sacred connection to nourishment and our body.

All aspects of the retreat is carefully and consciously curated to support you on your journey of unfurling and unfolding into fulfillment.
