A sacred 9 week descent into the wisdom of your body, guided by somatic intelligence and the grounded wisdom of Iboga.

Iboga, a powerful ally and medicine for the body, mind and nervous system, holds space for deep introspection and grounded transformation. Through microdosing we unearth unconscious patterns and limitations - offering clarity and the opportunity to come home to ourselves.

While Iboga is a known mind medicine, I have found it to be a wonderful embodiment teacher. Gently supported by Cacao and whispers of Santa Maria, this journey invites unlayering, softness and integration back into the roots of your being.

Each week explores a new energetic layer, through embodiment practices, movement, creative expression and somatic enquiry.

Rooted in traditional wisdom, and guided by your own being, this journey will assist you in creating your own relationship with the Wood.
